Each manufacturer has a different way of handling warranty issues. If your appliance stops working while under warranty, please contact us directly to arrange for warranty replacement.
Any defective item under warranty that is returned to us without contacting us
first is subject to a processing fee of 15%. For all exchanges, returns, and warranty claims please e-mail E-Mail Us at misikko.customer.support@gmail.com. In your e-mail please include your full name, your address, and a brief explanation of why you are contacting us. A representative will usually contact you within 1 business day.
