I have the thickest,naturally curly hair.This cut my straightning time in half!Also I ordered mine Sunday and got it Tuesday so fast.And when you open your box it has a bunch of free gifts in it...It made my day!They have an awesome customer service manager named Jon Davis!I called to thank them for the sweet gifts, and awesome straightner and he told me that 55-85 year old women work in wherehouse and put all the packages together. They make the angels and roses too.The president of the company said we should keep the women happy and make them feel special!We want to have loyal customers.You got a customer for life! I bought my Baybliss a couple of months ago and I LOVE IT!!! I have to say that my hair is thick and gets frizzy as soon as I walk outside even after straightening it with the Chi. Thanks to the Florida humidity! :( I went to a resort with my boyfriend last month and I was able to walk on the beach without my hair frizzing, instead of enjoining the view all I could talk about is how my hair isn¡¦t frizzing!! :-) I also bought the Hana serum with my purchase and that made a big difference! This iron works very well with getting my hair straight but after a couple weeks I started to notice that my hair is dried out and I'm getting more fly aways. I asked my stylist and she told me that it was the Titanium plates and that I should invest in a Ceramic Iron that gets up to 450. My verdict is that it works well but isn't good long term.
