Miss America

The Miss America competition was founded in 1921. Contestants choose a relevant issue which they care deeply about (their “platform”), and use their stature to address community service organizations, the media, and others about the chosen issue. Winners of the pageant also go on a year-long speaking tour to increase awareness of their issue.
Mrs. America

The Mrs. America Pageant is the only nationally televised beauty pageant that celebrates married women from the US. The pageant was originally founded in 1936 by Bert Nevins. The winner of the pageant spends the following year making appearances throughout the country, and also represents the United States at the Mrs. World competition.
Miss World

The Miss World contest, originally known as the “Festival Bikini Contest”, was first held in London in 1951. The pageant is still going strong today, with over 120 events leading up to the yearly Miss World final competition. The winner of the Miss World pageant spends the following year travelling the world to represent the Miss World Organization and its various causes.

The Majestic Faces Spring Fling Tropical Heat Wave Nationals will be held March 6-8 2009 in Clarksville, IN. 47 cash paying titles will be awarded for contestants ages 0-up.
