My Stylist doesnt use CHI irons anymore (who does anymore) but she still loves this treatment and thats because it really really works!
I use the Shine Shield, the Hotsauce, and now this and I interchange them weekly because my stylist told me that it's good for my hair. Really happy with the results so far.
This is probably one of the best leave in treatments. I like this one and the Shine Shield but I really didnt like the aveda one my stylist sold me. And I've tried many.
I wanted to try this after hearing so much about it but honestly I was a bit dissapointed because it doesn't seem to give my hair the same type of shine that I get from my Shine Shield.
I just used this to rollerset and my hair came out better than ever! My hair is so light and bouncy. The only gripe I have with Chi Silk is the smell, it smells like mens cologne.
I highly recommend this product for relaxed black hair. I applied it on my wet hair and used a blow dryer. I have never seen it this straight without getting it professionally styled. It is worth the price and you don't need to use very much to get the result that is needed.
Since I chemically relax my hair, heat protection is super important to me. Chi silk infusion is one of the few products that doesn't make my hair sticky. It makes my hair feel stronger after I use it. I feel confident that my hair is protected.
If you want the best results after blow drying your hair or straightening your hair then I suggest you use the Silk Infusion. Good flat irons and good blow dryers do help keep the moisture in your hair. But if you use this also your rusults will be AMAZING! I LOVE MY HAIR SO MUCH NOW! I have nothing to be ashamed of!
