This is my first time ordering from Misikko and my first flat iron. I am thrilled with both. I ordered on the phone because I do not like to use on line ordering. The people there could not have been nicer. They talked to me for a very long time and gave me a lot of information. I actually narrowed down my selection to two irons. After discussing my hair texture and the way I wear it, it was recommended I buy a Corioliss. It is great, it makes my hair look great. The other iron I was looking at was more expensive, but for my hair type, the person at Misikko did not think it was worth me spending the extra money. That's honesty. I have this iron and it just doesn't give me the optimal "straight" that I desire. I bought it in the mall. I am African American without a relaxer and my hair is thick and wavy, this iron does not get hot enough and tends to snag my hairs. Its good for little quickie touch ups at work though.

Hello I am Mixed between Black, Mexican and White Descent My hair is thick and Curly at Times and depending on the day just wavy thick, imy hair is just unmanageable can't do anythng with since i was born but this straightner allows me to do as i want with my hair. therefore i approve. Thanks!!

....alot of my experience has been the same. Pretty consistent in terms of customer service and otherwise. So far so good as far as the flat iron is concerned. Received it not too long ago. Did also find customer service at Misikko to be top notch!

My hair goes through hell with the sun, wind, and chemicals and I don't trust my hair to anything other than corioliss and my shine shield serum. I've tried other irons and protectants but nothing seems to keep my hair from damage than this combination.

I have tired the Farouk CHI, which is great but this Corioliss is so much better. You can adjust your heat form 140-410 degrees, unlike the CHI which is stuck at one temperature. I love this iron, and have I mentioned that it has lasted me 3 years?

This iron works extremely well for my hair, which is fairly fine but I have a ton of it. I am able to straighten my tresses even at the mid-range of the heat output. Definitely a great iron for the price and I really appreciate the heat sleeve for travel!

I have this flat iron and I am also African American. I love this flat iron it's GREAT!!!!! I love that it doesn't pull my hair or damage it. However I continue to get my hair done on a weekly or bi-weekly basis at the hair salon to prevent from damaging my hair from use of the flat iron which will happen to your hair regardless of how excellent the flat iron is. BUT I LOVE THIS FLAT IRON!

This is the second Corioliss pro I have purchased. My sister took the other one off to school with her. We both have been very happy with how well it works and the price. I just am a little disappointed because I saw it now comes in a Zebra pattern model, and I would have loved to get that. Maybe next time.

I bought the hair iron at the mall for $130 about two years ago! I love it... the quality of this iron really makes a difference! Even in the Hummid climate in Miami. My hair is nice and straight... while my friends would get curly (hence they don't have one!)! MUST GET!!!!!!!!!!

This iron can work very well DEPENDING on how curly your hair is. Some curly haired women 2008-05-find it works well in the in dry climates or just in the winter in humid areas, but it’s not for high humid days unless your hair just has a little thickness and frizziness to it. If you are of 100% African decent with extremely nappy hair, then you must get your hair professionally relaxed.

I have black and asian hair and I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this flat iron. The best flat iron i ever had. It doesn't catch or pull my hair. I love that my hair is shiny after i straighten it. Its also makes my hair so smooth.
