I had been debating about what kind of iron to get and I was in the store and spotted the Bio Silk straightener. It was on sale so the price was right and I bought it. I am so happy with it. I have very thick hair and it makes my hair straight with one swipe through my hair.

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this iron is - I would honestly be lost without it. It is amazing how it straightens my thick, curly, frizzy hair in no time. I am also ecstatic that now after I straighten my hair, if it is raining outside my hair doesn't kink back up anymore.

I've always used the original Chi Iron and have been more than satisfied with it. However on one of our moves to my husbands new post, my chi iron broke. I was devastated. Anyways I found this site and saw this flat iron. And decided to take a chance on it. WoW!!!!! I love this flat iron. I'm always extremely picky about my hair what products, styling tools I use....but this flat iron is amazing. Leaves hair feeling and looking wonderful. I would recommend this 100%. This is a great buy. If you looking for a flat iron...BUY THIS ONE it won't dissapoint you.

This was a wonderful flat iron my hair stylist picked out. It stopped working after 6 months!!!!!!! Never dropped or anything!!!!!!
