I am an African American woman who considers herself to be serious about hair and I would recommend this product. I was not impressed the first time I used it and considered returning it, but I also own the fhi flat iron ( for over a year) and I noticed the longer I used it , the healthier my hair became. I have used the hair dryer several times now and my hair feels very soft, is shiny, and has a LOT of body. My husband remarked that my hair looked really full. For the first time, I feel that I can blow dry my hair and not worry about damage. Also, the dryer is extremly fast and lightweight. I would recommend.

I have to start by saying that I am probably the pickiest person with my hair!! I have Very thick hair that has a lot of volume naturally when straightened however; with the Nano weight pro..WOW..It is incredible!! I wouldn't have bought my Sedu hair straightener had I known that with the nano and a round brush My curly hair would straighten wth very little effort!! It's awesome. It took me about 10 minutes to do dry my thick hair completely! I had the Salano before and it took me 20 minutes with that one...and just stopped working for me after 1 year..not impressed! I am very happy with the Nano weight not to mention super impressed!!!!

I have relatively easy to manage hair (fairly straight, fine, average thickness, med-to-long length), so I won’t claim the hair or product expertise of many others. But my hair can definitely look stringy or lank, even right after blow drying -- esp. with previous dryers that I’ve used. Also, it took over 30min to dry my fine hair with my previous dryer, so I rarely attempted to blow dry my hair. I definitely locked in to this dryer, as I went for it just based on the numbers on the box & also the feel in my hand -- very glad I went with my gut & got this! I bought this dryer because I was hoping that it would be more light-weight and that I could dry my hair faster. It has surpassed my expectations. Definitely lighter, definitely faster, but also my hair looks better afterwards (shiny & soft, not dried out). I even blow dry my hair more often, instead of just pulling it back -- because now it is not a hassle to blow dry (takes 5-10min) and also it looks so much better. This blow dryer has made a huge difference for my hair (even with my limited skill) and also my ability to dry it quickly & have it turn out looking nicely. I highly recommend it - particularly for its performance, speed, and light weight.
