Misikko's Customer Service Reps were fantastic when I called to complain (see previous review). They sent me a new one w/i days. This new one works GREAT so far! My hair dries in half the time but since my hair is thin it's not completely smooth. Of course, I don't use all the added products that the hair stylists do at the salon. Hair settles down quickly though. No complaints! Thank you Misikko for your attentiveness and quick response!
