THIS IS TRULY THE LOUIS VUITTON OF ALL DRYERS!!! The first time I used it my hair was super soft and shiny....AND it only took me half the time my old professional hairdryer used to! I Definitely recommend this dryer to everyone!
I have very thick hispanic hair that used to take me 40 minutes to dry but with the hana air I'm done in 15 minutes on the high setting. I am so happy I spent the little extra to get the best!
I have never used a salon or professional hair dryer before, but since my hair is very dry and very frizzy I have always tried to take very good care of it. I have just recently tried growing my hair longer but most people with frizzy hair know that's hard to do. I did a LOT of research on the HanaAir and am so pleased with it. It literally dried my hair without blasting away the moisture. My hair felt so soft and healthy and I could hardly detect any frizz. It also took about 1/2 the time of my normal blow dryer.
One thing that impressed me was the packaging, Misikko takes great care in packaging their products and I really enjoyed the little goodies that came with it. It made me feel like it was Christmas again :)
If you are on the fence about purchasing a salon hair dryer I assure you, this is the one to buy. It's WELL WORTH the money and the investment. I am happy to say that this dryer saved my hair. As a new salon owner I am thrilled to have all six of my stations using these dryers. They not only perform exceptionally well but also can take a beating as we've dropped them and they keep on going.
I'm not one to hype a product but after using this Hana air my first reaction was anger at how long I've spent missing out on the amazing results. I used to have to flat iron my hair every single day to look halfway decent but now I can use a round brush every other day with this dryer to get my hair straight! The cool shot is actually a button that you switch "on/off" which is so much better than having to hold it down.
My salon is very busy (luckily) and I am always looking for faster and stronger dryers and I am amazed by this HANA air professional dryer. All of my stylists will be getting this dryer once I renovate my stations in the spring! The shipping was so fast also!

First, let me say that this dryer is remarkable and dries my hair in at least half the time that my old dryer took. But whats even more amazing is the service. I called in because I was confused about which setting to use for my hair type and John listened to me explain my hair, gave me everything I needed to know about my hair, and even suggested some at home remedies for increasing the shine! Needless to say I have never gotten service this good or a product that exceeded my expectations before. You guys are amazing and my sister is a stylist so be prepared for many orders from my family in the future!
I have styled hair for over two decades and have always had to choose between underpowered and cheap feeling lightweight dryers and the cumbersome yet powerful italian makes... but FINALLY the HANA Air gives me amazing performance while cutting down the weight of ordinary AC motor dryers! Plus, I am so happy with the way that you sent me the dryer!
Love the design and feel and the power is Amazing. I especially love the option to either turn the heat off completely and leave the fan on or use the cool shot toggle to seal in the hair at the end. Easily the most capable and fast dryer on the market!
I love this dryer! Used it with BioSilk Therapy and got a smooth, perfect blowout - BETTER than the salon. My hair is very thick and holds onto water for a long time (stylists have to block extra time for my hair) and this dryer cuts my drying time by at least 1/3.
This is the 1st review I've ever written for any product . I am of mixed ethnicity (black and Japanese) my hair is naturally curly and thick. I was replacing my chi pro dryer. I have also used the T3 tourmaline which made absolutely NO difference in the frizziness of my hair. The most amazing thing about this dryer is that as powerful as it is, there is no burned hair smell like the chi. I'm not sure that my blowdrying time was any shorter, but my hair is definitely smoother and softer! Flatironing it was a breeze! The only issue I had was getting it to blow warm air initially. I called customer service and was told this happens a lot and I should push the cold shot button 1st. This solved the problem! I'm planning to order another one for my daughter for mothers day. Great product and definitely worth the cost!
After receiving this dryer, I retired my ancient Conair, wondering how the price between a $9 hair dryer and a $200 one could bring. I am convinced. SCIENCE is priceless!! Being a bleach addict, my hair is more porous than a teenaged Spongebob so normally it takes forever to dry. This dryer dries my hair twice as fast with very little heat... I haven't had a bad hair day since! THANKS MISIKKO!
I never realized there was a difference in hair dryers. I just figured they are all pretty much the same. Was I wrong. Fast drying and lots of amenities. Def worth the price.
This blowdryer is definitely a must have... I just received it today so I put it to the test. I'm sooooo impressed with the power this dryer has. What I love the most is when you put it on the heat mode you don't feel the heat hitting your scalp. Which I didn't think it would be possible.. Not only did it dry my hair fast but it didn't remove the moisture from my hair leaving a beautiful shine... And my hair feels healthy and silky.. I really recommend the Hana shine shield because it protects your hair gives it shine but most importantly doesn't leave your hair feeling heavy and greasy. So people don't hesitate .. This is the dryer to get!!!

This dryer is AMAZING!!! I am not one to do the whole review thing but I am in LOVE LOVE LOVE with this dryer!!! If I can say anything even nearly negative about it it is on the heavier side. But it is a small price to pay for how well it works. It is more like a hand held jet engine when you turn it on but it dries hair fast and it looks great! I also love that you can switch it to cool to set your style but you don't have to hold the button down. I also went back and bought the Hana Elite Iron which is also AMAZING!!!! Put it this way if I had o replace both of them today paying double the price would be well worth it!!!
I ordered the Hana dryer and was thrilled when the package arrived filled with extra goodies. It was so nicely wrapped it was exciting to open the box and find everything I got a free mini Shine Shield and full size Shine Shield and I love this product it makes my hair like silk seriously all day long! The dryer is SO powerful it also doesn't overheat or smell like burning like some cheaper dryers do. I am so glad I got this dryer and so glad I got to try the Shine Shield as well.
I have very thick hair. I do not color my hair and I take good care of it so it is generally healthy. However since it is so thick it usually takes the hair dresser 45 minutes to completely blow dry my hair. It would take me a good 30 minutes at home (i would always give up about half way through because my hands would get tired and I would just let the rest air dry).
This hair dryer completely dried my hair in 10 minutes. it left my hair shiny smooth and soft! The dryer isn't quiet by any means but it is not any louder than my last hair dryer either. It gets super hot and is super powerful. The cool button doesn't get too cold but maybe I am just used to the ice cold tempature the cool button on my old crappy drugstore dryer used to produce.
Overall an excellent blowdryer. Totally worth it if you have very thick or coarse hair. Not a life changing dryer but one of the best out there.
On another note Misikko has GREAT customer service. They included many free cute little goodies with my order. It was like christmas all over again and so fun to open up! They are very nice and go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. If you order with them you won't be dissapointed!
I've had this blow dryer for 2 weeks now and it has totaly changed my hair care routine. Gone are the days of letting my hair air dry cause I didn't want to spend have an hour drying and straightening my hair. Using this withe HANA Shine Shield I can get my hair dry in 3 minutes (fine/thin hair) and it is so smooth and shiny and silky that I can just brush and go if I want and still have good looking hair or I can style it with a straightener and still be done in around 10 minutes. I love this dryer and all my HANA products (dryer shine shield and straightener)!!!
This hair drier is the best investment you can make! I have very thin fine and a bit frizzy hair that requires daily shampooing and drying so picking a great drier was essential. I did a lot of research before I encountered the HANA drier and let me tell you all of the reviews I saw were great I even found videos online that proved the results. The drier came in a carefully prepared package including the cutest small surprises to make your day. I started noticing the difference right away and after a few months of using it I am extremely happy with the investment. My hair looks great every day straight and shiny (in combination with some hair mousse and the HANA Shine Shield Termal Protectant) saloon hairstyle blowout ... with only less than 5 minutes effort. I have gotten many compliments since then and it definitely makes my day better! A friend of mine thought this was a ridiculous purchase to spend over 100 dollars on a drier but after a couple of weeks of usage she changed her mind and told me that my hair looked amazing so it was totally worth it. Don't hesitate to try it it will save you money in the long run and make you feel like a diva.

I needed a new hair dryer and was overwhelmed with all the choices on the market. I have naturally straight hair which is dry and frizzy. I needed a dryer to tame my hair. This together with Ulta round ceramic brush and Hana shine shield does wonders alone. I then go over some pieces (not all) with the Hana Elite flat iron. I use a low heat setting and only go over the pieces 2x at max. I am good to go for a couple days after I do this. Plus it only takes about 20 minutes for me to do EVERYTHING.
I cannot even begin to express how wonderful this hairdryer is!!! It was seriously worth every penny! I did a lot of research and read all of the reviews once my Chi dryer broke.
