I loved this flat iron! I used to have a chi but it didnt last long and completely quit working. I ordered this hana and it takes no time to make my hair soo straight from a complete curly, wavy mess! I def recommend this flat iron!
This is the first time that I did my hair by myself. It is easy to use and it work well because I have lots of hair and very thickl. First, I want Hana Elite but I never know the product well so I made decision to buy Hana Professional 1.5". It is fantastic.
Anyway, thank you Misikko for very convenience processs (I had buy Hana from other web site because it looked cheaper a little bit. But it is very bad service. I had waited for the product more than a week without any information. After that I canceled and then ordered from Misikko on Wednesday and I got my Hana on Thursday (only 1 day).

This flat iron is the best. I purchased it on Monday,and it was delivered on tuesday. Customer service was fantastic (John). I explained that I recently ordered a Solia from Folica that I was going to return. The Solia worked great,but I origanally wanted the Hana. I entered so many giveaways just so I could win this Hana. Well when it arrived I found out why everyone was raving about this flat iron. I'm Africian American with relaxed hair. I blow dried,then uses the Hana at a 302 setting for my fine hair. The outcome was wonderful. In no time my hair was soft,had sheen,the salon look. The Hana is very powerful. I like the Solia also,so I'm keeping both. Misikko is a great company,they do business well. Buy this,you won't be dissapointed.
This flat iron is amazing. This is my second review on the Hana Professional. I haven't even had it for a month yet,and i'm so very happy. My hair looks PERFECT. I get compliments even from my security guard. My hair is soft,shiny,and bouncy. My fine relaxed hair looks great. I hear the Hana Elite is awesome too. Can it really get better than this. Well hopefully sometime soon I can get the Elite also. I'm a happy camper even if I don't get the Elite. HANNA ROCKS!!!!
When I got a call from customer service the day after I ordered a flat iron to tell me it was on backorder, I was not happy. The flat iron was for my daughter to use for her Homecoming, just a few days away. I have to say, Emily, my customer service rep was wonderful. She suggested a replacement and expediting the shipping. The flat iron arrived the next day, and was packaged so beautifully my daughter was thrilled. My daughter (16, with long thick hair and not east to impress) was thrilled with the ease and result of straightening her hair. The Hana 1.5" was perfect, the packaging came with some extras, and the customer service outstanding. I will always purchase from this company.
I recently received my Hana 1.5" Flat Iron and am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with it! I have ridiculously curly hair, and had trouble finding the PERFECT flat iron until NOW! I bought this product last year. I love it, I have very frizzy hair and it really straightens my hair and lasts. I don't have to go over it all the time only after I have a tight hair tie in. I researched a lot of different products, and this is the one I bought! I LOVE IT...
I recently ordered the hana flat iron 1 1/2 in and it is the BEST!! The price is worth the investment. The hana shineshield sample bottles I received was great too. Buy them both you will not regret it... I get great compliments all the time.
I bought the 1 and the 1.5. My hair looks incredible. Everyone compliments me on my hair. People actually stare at my hair! No one knows ... it's the flat iron! LOL!
