Farouk and Hairart Products

Farouk Systems and T3 Micro (HairArt) will not honor the original manufacturer’s warranty if the product is purchased over the Internet through a nonauthorized dealer of such products. Due to these circumstances, Misikko offers a one-year Misikko Warranty with purchase of any T3 Micro or Farouk Systems hair appliance.

Misikko is committed to ensuring that all your information is kept safe, secure, and confidential. Any information that you provide to us will never be sold or shared with anyone outside of Misikko Company or used for any purpose other than the processing of your order.

Warranties

Manufacturer Warranty
Each manufacturer has a different way of handling warranty issues. If your appliance stops working while under the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to arrange for warranty replacement. You can find a list of manufacturer’s warranty information here.Please note that Misikko does not manufacture any of the appliances we sell and is not responsible for any warranty issues during the manufacturer’s warranty period. We cannot accept any returns or act as a third-party mediator between the customer and the manufacturer.

Domestic Shipping

At Misikko, we strive to process your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, please note that orders placed after 4 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Once your package is shipped, an E-mail containing tracking information will be sent to the listed E-mail address.

Please Note:Be sure to allow emails from support@misikko.com so that you receive updates about your order in a timely fashion, or check your spam folder as updates may be filtered out.

DELIVERY TIMES – STANDARD SHIPPING
For all orders shipped via Standard Ground, delivery is as follows: 1) East Coast, 2-3 business days; 2) Midwest, 3-5 business days; 3) West Coast, 4-7 business days. Please note that the times listed are an estimate and not guaranteed.

DELIVERY TIMES – EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Please note that all orders shipped via UPS 2nd-Day Air and Next Day Air will be shipped the same day only if the order is placed BEFORE 4 PM EST. If the order is placed after 4 pm EST, it will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note that expedited shipping does not cover weekend delivery – NO Saturdays or Sundays. UPS packages normally arrive between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm local time.

SHIPPING SPECIALS
Free 2 day shipping is available within the lower 48 United States on all orders for more than $50. Upgraded shipping is available on these orders, although additional charges will apply. The cost of upgraded shipping varies with each order and is based on the size of the order as well as the location to which it is being shipped.

Domestic delivery is also available to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Isles - please note that our Free 2 Day Shipping offer does not extend to these locations.

FREE SAMPLES
Please note that due to limited supplies, free samples of the same product are limited to one per order. In other words: if you order multiple products that come with different free samples, you will receive one of each that is applicable; but if there are duplicate free samples, you will receive only one of that particular sample.

Canada Shipping

Misikko ships to Canada with all brokerage and tax fees paid upfront. That means there are no additional fees to pay when your package arrives! For more information on shipments to Canada, see our shipping policies.

RETURNS POLICY

At Misikko, we want you to be happy with your shopping experience with us. We realize that the products that you receive may not always be what you expected. If you are unhappy with your purchase for absolutely any reason, we offer a 30 day return policy on all merchandise.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items if they have been removed in any way from their original packaging. However, if you notify us within our 30 day grace period, we will issue a credit for the following items:
  • Hair brushes, combs, clips
  • Skin care products
  • Hair care products

**When your package arrives, please be sure to thoroughly inspect the product to make sure it is free of damage. If you have ordered an appliance, be sure to plug the appliance in and confirm that it is working properly.**

**Please read carefully: Our warehouse will not accept any returned packages without an RMA number on the outside of the box. We reserve the right to refuse any packages that do not have an RMA number. If an item without an RMA is returned in a manner in which we are unable to refuse the package without cost, the customer is responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to them.**

**Note: Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.**

RETURN PROCESS
1. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at support@misikko.com. A returns representative will review your return request, and you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number upon approval.
2. Once you receive your RMA number, pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging to ensure product safety during return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring the returned package, as Misikko is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.
3. Return the product(s) to the following address with your RMA number written clearly on the outside of the box:

4. Once we receive the returned product(s), any refunds due or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days.

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
If your item is damaged, shipped incorrectly or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your package. We will have a UPS tag sent and a new product sent out free of charge. All returns after 72 hours will be treated as a regular return in which the customer will be liable for shipping charges. Please be sure to inspect your package carefully when it arrives.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse shipment of an order you placed, you will be charged $15 refused shipment fee. In addition, you will be charged all original shipping, handling, and return postage charges. Furthermore, you will be charged a restocking fee equal to either 15% of the purchase price or $15, which ever is greater.
