Misikko is committed to ensuring that all your information is kept safe, secure, and confidential. Any information that you provide to us will never be sold or shared with anyone outside of Misikko Company or used for any purpose other than the processing of your order.

Warranties

Each manufacturer has a different way of handling warranty issues. If your appliance stops working due to a manufacturer's defect while under warranty, please contact us directly to arrange for warranty replacement.

Any defective item under warranty that is returned to us without contacting us first is subject to a processing fee of 15%.

For all orders shipped via Standard Ground, delivery is as follows: 1) East Coast, 2-3 business days; 2) Midwest, 3-5 business days; 3) West Coast, 4-7 business days. Please note that the times listed are an estimate and not guaranteed.

RETURNS POLICY

At Misikko, we want you to be happy with your shopping experience with us. We realize that the products that you receive may not always be what you expected. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All non-defective returns must be in the original packaging and in new condition for hygienic reasons. Shipping costs are non-refundable and qualifying returns will be assessed store credit or refunded if notification is sent to Misikko Customer Support within three days of the item's delivery. All used items will be processed at Misikko's discretion. Any and all returns will need to include the original packaging, all manuals, accessories, with blank warranty cards included and be in new condition.

For returns of skin and hair care products (including but not limited to: creams, lotions, bath salts, etc.); if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason within 30 days of purchase you can return the unused portion for a full refund, minus Misikko’s shipping cost.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on hair brushes, combs, or clips if they have been removed in any way from their original packaging. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

**Note: After 30 days, all returns are subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.** Please read our Return Policy below for further details.

**When your package arrives, please be sure to thoroughly inspect the product to make sure it is free of damage. If you have ordered an appliance, be sure to plug the appliance in and confirm that it is working properly.**

RETURN PROCESS
1. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at Misikko.Customer.Support@gmail.com. or call us at 610 353-2583.
2. Once you contact us and we understand the reason for the return please send the package to:

3. Once we receive the returned product(s), any refunds due or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days.

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
If your item is damaged, shipped incorrectly or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your package. All returns after 72 hours will be treated as a regular return in which the customer will be liable for shipping charges. Please be sure to inspect your package carefully when it arrives.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse shipment of an order you placed, you will be charged $15 refused shipment fee. In addition, you will be charged all original shipping, handling, and return postage charges. Furthermore, you will be charged a restocking fee equal to either 15% of the purchase price or $15, which ever is greater.
