Before buying the pink CHI, I went through 2 original CHI's in one year. While the original worked just as well in straightening and smoothing, I have had my pink CHI for almost 3 years now without any problems. The LED light on the original kept going out so it wouldn't work, but I have had no problems with the pink CHI. Wonderful product ! I will buy another one when it becomes necessary.
I got the Pink Chi for Christmas and I absolutely love it. It works wonders on my hair. I used it this morning and my hair has stayed straight and shiny all day long.

So far I am pretty impressed. I paid extra for the one day shipping, and got it no later than one day! My sister is a hair stylist and every time she did my hair I could never make it look as good as she did when I would go to her salon and have her do it. They sell the regular black CHI at her salon; she recommended that I buy one. She was going to try and get me a great deal, but they sell them there for $135.99 + Tax! I told her about this website and the price and she told me that was a great deal, better then she got on her own! I was a little worried ordering because I had read a few different website reviews on the CHI and buyers said beware for those who color their hair. My hair is slightly damaged from color, and I even have some blonde in my hair, and the CHI wasn’t too damaging to it. Although I do recommend using a good heat serum every time before applying heat to your hair. It also helps with the fly away hairs and the shine! Good luck choosing the right website and price for your CHI. After viewing several different websites and going to many different stores I would highly recommend this site, the price is unbeatable!
At first, I thought it was hype, but I’m a believer. The CHI gave me more body and sheen than my hair has ever had. I had a “just out of the salon” feel for the day. I’m very impressed. I haven’t had a relaxer in 6+ weeks and my roots feel extremely straight, my hair has a nice glow.
I love it because it doesn't pull on my hair like other flat irons. I was skeptical to spend this much because I thought all flat irons were the same...they're not. Much less damage from this one!
I absolutely adore this *pink* Chi Flat Iron! Ever since I got it, my hair has never looked more shiny and sleek. Not only is the iron easy to use, it makes my prep time to go out a lot shorter, which is a definite bonus! In addition to this, the fabulous *pink* color is cute and girlie and supports breast cancer, an illness which hits close to home for me. I would rate this product 5/5 because its cute, pink and fabulous!
