I purchased this package on sunday night and it was at my door wednesday!! very awesome package with lots of goodies! I tried the iron for the first time this morning and I totally loved it! I didn't have to use any extra products on my hair like I usually do and it took me about 20 minutes shorter to do my hair, my hair stayed frizz free even on the florida humid weather!!
The PRO blows away my old chi but what really surprised me was how awesome the little mini works. I keep it in my locker at the gym and use it to touch up and I love how you can hold it like a real iron instead of other mini irons that feel like tweezers.

This is my second order from Misikko. I purchased a Chi flat iron/dryer combo over 6 years ago and felt like it was time to get a new flat iron. I was very excited after reading the review for the products, and i am confident i will be happy with my purchase. The reason for four stars was that upon receipt of my package today it did not include the mini iron, iron cleaner, or the candle. I followed up immediately by calling Misikko and Emily confirmed they would send out the mini iron and cleaner immediately (at the time i did not realize the candle was not present) along with an additional shine shield. When it comes to customer service I would give the company 5 stars because they do ensure you are happy with your purchase. I am more disappointed that the shipment was not double checked for accuracy before being sent. Also it did not come with a gift pouch with assorted beauty products, but rather a full-size shower gel and apricot facial scrub. I am very particular about my beauty products so I thought these would be appropriate for my daughter as they were not a brand i am familiar with. Thank you Misikko for continuing to offer salon quality products at a great price and for being tops in customer service.
