This is a great flat iron. I recommend to everyone. It heats up in no time and to flat iron is easy as pie. This works just as well as the CHI.
Hi, I just received this iron so I can't say anything about the reliability but I just wanted to comment on how great the packaging was and how happy I was to receive the products so quickly. I love this flat iron!!! It was amazing and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I've tried a lot of flat irons that I've seen in stores. But by far this is the best purchase I made. It's worth the money and makes my hair look shiny and straight. My hair looks like I got it done at the salon. Not only does it work but it only takes 10 secs to heat up. Also the grips on the iron make it a joy to straighten. Thanks Misikko!
I think this flat iron is the most wonderful styling tool there is! I work in the beauty industry, and use this iron to straighten, curl, and flip. I also like the fact that it reduces bacteria and kills some germs. Great Iron!!
This is the best flat iron I have. Superstar makes the best flat irons. I like it much better than the CHI I have as it is narrower (better for bangs), has adjustable heat settings (and shows the exact temperature in the display), and heats up fast. Pretty much it does everything I want. I am delighted with it and will recommend it to everyone.
I love this flat iron, I had a FHI before but it was too hot for my hair, it made it dry and straw-like. I had a superstar before and decided to go back to it, I couldn't be happier, my hair is much more healthier now =]
I’ve used the earlier version of this flat iron and loved it. I like the new one, but have two complaints. The on/off and temperature switch is on the handle right where you hold it while ironing your hair. It’s too easy to turn the heat up or down inadvertently. Also, the point of the iron isn’t one solid piece, so your hair will tend to get caught between the layers and tear out. You just have to be careful about how you place the iron in your hair to keep this from happening. I still love my SuperStar iron - have used one every day for years and my stylist can’t believe I do.
